Do I need thousands of dollars to start?
No! That's the beauty of wholesaling! I teach you FREE and Paid ways to market and many people including myself got our first deals from a free marketing strategy!
Do I need to be Licensed?
You don't need to be licensed in most of the states. Ohio, you need to be licensed. Be sure to check this out before you start as there have been new changes as of late.
How long will it take to close my first deal?
I cannot give you an exact estimate because it will depend on your schedule, speed, application of the course material, and a variety of other factors. However, I have had students who closed their first deals between 2-5 months making anywhere between 10k-60k!
What if this doesn't work for me? Can I get a refund?
After helping several students learn wholesaling and close their first deals, I am confident that the strategies inside of this course WORK (if you do!) and for this reason, I do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.
